  • What areas do you serve?
    Local moves are moves within 50 miles. We generally consider the Coopersville, Grand Rapids, Grand Have, Muskegon, and Holland areas as local moves, but we also provide long distance options for your moving needs.
  • Do you do both residential and commercial moves?
    Yes, our team of movers has experience in both residential and commercial moves. Rest assured that your possessions will be handled with care and will be delivered safely no matter what type of move you are making.
  • How do I book a move with Hoekstra Moving Company?
    There are a number of ways you can book a move with Hoekstra Moving Company. You can use our website form to request a quote, email quote@hoekstramoving.com, or you can give us a call at 269-858-6013.
  • Is there a minimum to your services?
    There is no minimum time associated with your move. However, in order to provide you with the best possible service, and so we can pay the costs associated with your move, we do have a minimum price point for many of our services. The minimum for most of our services, including a local move, interior move, packing and unpacking the truck, long distance moves, and packaging services is $200.
  • When are you available to move?
    We are available for moves 24/7. However, we do require two hour booking window for same day services. This applies to all services we supply.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    We are fully licensed and insured for both in state and out of state moves.
  • Do you price match?
    We price match hourly rates. If you can provide us with the estimate from another company, we will match their hourly rates. However, some restrictions apply to long distance moves and the costs of supplies.
